Events in Devon

Devon is a beautiful historic county with ancient cities and landscapes as diverse as moorland, rural countryside and stunning coasts. The county has many walking and cycling trails well worth trying. Events are many, varied and popular.

Events in Dorset

Dorset with its stunning Jurrassic Coast, Bournemouth, Weymouth and pretty hilly Lyme Regis on the coast and ts pleasant rural countryside and Dorchester in the north makes a journey there well worth the time. It is an idea to add a relaxing short break to visiting the events!

Events in Hampshire

Hampshire is a varied county. Winchester is the ancient capital of England, its cathedral and castle are worth a visit. King Alfred's statue dominates the High Street. The Test Valley meanders down to Romsey and beyond to Southampton Water. Visit Portsmouth Quay and the historic dockyard. Southampton for shopping and catching a glimpse of the liners in the dock. Downland rolls across the north. Peterfsfield is in an area of outstanding natural beauty while the New Forest is incomparable.

The Isle of Wight always has plenty to do. It has always had the longest list of events on this site! Does not matter what your interest there seems something on this active island. Added to all that it is a beautiful place to live or visit.

Somerset. Has the Quantocks and the Mendips, the Somerset Levels and lovely lakes. Plenty of walks and cycling trails. Bristol is geographically in the county. Visit Taunton, Bath, Wells, Weston Super Mare. So many places and things to do.

Events in Wiltshire

Wiltshire the home of Stonehenge, Avebury, Salisbury Plain, and Salisbury itself. Trowbridge is the county town. Salisbury is the home of the International Arts Festival.
